Do I need money or perfect credit to get started?+
No. Plenty of our members start by raising capital or partnering. Kadoh built an 11-door pipeline without using any personal funds. What you need first is a good deal and the process to underwrite it; the money follows.
How quickly can I expect to see results?+
Every build is different. Some members close their first deal within months, and a full build cycle takes longer. We teach you to move at the pace of your capital and your market, not at the pace of hype.
Can I do this with a full-time job?+
Yes. We built our first home while clocking in every day at a 9-5. The system is designed so you can run your first project without quitting your job.
Is this a good time to start in the market?+
Good deals exist in every market; underwriting tells you which ones. We are active developers right now, and we teach you to buy right rather than try to time the market.
Do I need construction or real estate experience?+
No. Reina had zero construction experience and is general-contracting her own home build. The 7 steps assume you are starting from scratch.
